The Collection

We build small, finished games that respect your time and reward close attention. Each world is handcrafted by tight teams working in Godot, GameMaker, and Unity—tools that let us move fast without sacrificing control. What you see here shipped, or shipping soon.

Hollow Signal

Sci-fi puzzle-adventure · Godot · In Development

You arrive at an abandoned coastal radio tower. Three researchers vanished here two weeks ago. All you have is their frequency and a broken direction finder.

Hollow Signal is a slow-burn investigation game. You triangulate radio signals from the tower's four cardinal points, gradually building a picture of where the team went and what went wrong. Each signal is a fragment: a voice memo, interference, dead air, the hum of equipment left running. The puzzle tightens as you learn to read the landscape and the static.

Built in Godot with pixel art drawn in Aseprite. The tower itself is inspired by the derelict radio masts along the Bristol Channel—real structures, real isolation. We're targeting Steam and Nintendo Switch with a playable demo planned for early 2025.

Platforms: PC, Nintendo Switch (planned) · Status: In development

Marrow Keep

Dark fantasy roguelike deckbuilder · GameMaker · Released 2023

You are a knight in a corrupt tomb, building a deck of bone spells and unholy favours to fight your way out. Every run, you die. The question is what you learned before you did.

Marrow Keep is a permadeath deckbuilder where failure is part of the design, softened by the Bone Debt system—a mercy mechanic that lets you carry small advantages into your next run. It's a game about incremental mastery: each death teaches you something about synergy, positioning, or the enemy patterns you'll face again.

The bestiary is grounded in real folklore research. Every enemy has a name, a weakness, and a reason to be in that keep. Built in GameMaker for tight, predictable performance. Released on Steam and itch.io in 2023, and nominated for Best Debut at UK Games Fest 2023.

Platforms: PC · Available: Steam, itch.io

Tin Can Radio

Cozy narrative exploration · Unity · Released 2022

You walk a slow country route, delivering found objects and crackling radio messages between neighbours who have forgotten how to talk to each other.

Tin Can Radio has no fail states, no timers, no way to lose. It's designed entirely around walking speed: each segment takes as long as a real walk would. You listen. You collect a broken watch, a letter, a song request. You deliver them. Stories unfold sideways, in dialogue fragments and the small kindnesses people show when nobody's watching.

Built in Unity for PC and mobile, it's a game about attention and pacing—about finding meaning in the small movements between places. It landed strongest with players who wanted something quiet, something that respected their time and didn't ask them to prove themselves.

Platforms: PC, iOS, Android · Available: Steam, App Store, Google Play

Prototype Archive

We ship prototypes and one-week experiments in game jams: Ludum Dare, GMTK Game Jam, and internal sprints. These are the labs where ideas get stress-tested. Several have grown into full games—Marrow Keep began as a 48-hour jam entry that worked so well we spent a year finishing it properly.

Ludum Dare 54

48-hour solo entry · Godot

A turn-based navigation puzzle exploring the theme "Limited Space". Built solo in a weekend.

GMTK Game Jam 2023

48-hour team entry · GameMaker

A deck-manipulation prototype that later informed mechanics in Marrow Keep.

Radio Static

One-week prototype · Godot

An early experiment with signal processing as puzzle mechanic. This became Hollow Signal.

Bone Trade

Game Jam entry · GameMaker

The foundation for Marrow Keep's Bone Debt system. Shipped and playable.

All prototype code and art is available on our itch.io profile. We believe in shipping rough, learning fast, and letting players into the workshop.
